Resolves Yes if Manchester United officially announce the signing of at least one outfield player, on a permanent transfer or a loan, between the market close and the close of the Premier League summer transfer window on 31 August 2026, including any transfer completed under the deal-sheet grace period. Goalkeepers do not count. An announcement by the club on its official channels governs; media reports of an agreed deal do not. Resolves No if no such announcement is made.
