This market resolves to Yes if Citizen Digital publishes, by 23:59 EAT on 31/10/2026, confirmation that Edwin Sifuna, James Orengo and Babu Owino have jointly unveiled or explicitly adopted one named political party as Linda Mwananchi’s common electoral vehicle for the 2027 General Election. Their agreement may be recorded in a joint statement or separate explicit public confirmations reported by Citizen Digital. A newly launched party or a jointly adopted existing party qualifies, regardless of its name; full ORPP registration is not required for this announcement market. Merely reserving a name, applying for registration, promising a future launch, endorsing a presidential candidate, forming a coalition of separate parties, or adoption by only some of the three named leaders does not qualify. No qualifying report by the deadline resolves No, including delayed or cancelled launches and a breakup without qualifying joint adoption. A subsequent reversal does not undo a qualifying announcement. If Citizen Digital’s relevant reporting cannot be accessed sufficiently at resolution, the market is void.
