Resolves Yes if EPRA's Maximum Retail Petroleum Prices notice taking effect on 15 August 2026 sets the maximum pump price for super petrol in Nairobi above Sh214.03 per litre. Resolves No if the price is set at or below Sh214.03, or if EPRA publishes no notice by 16 August 2026. Nairobi prices govern.
