Resolves Yes if EPRA's Maximum Retail Petroleum Prices notice taking effect on 15 August 2026 sets the maximum pump price for kerosene in Nairobi above Sh191.38 per litre. Resolves No if the price is set at or below Sh191.38, or if EPRA publishes no notice by 16 August 2026. Nairobi prices govern.
