Compare the Nairobi maximum retail price per litre of Super Petrol against the fixed baseline of KSh214.03. A higher price resolves Increase, a lower price resolves Reduce, and an identical price resolves Remain unchanged, using EPRA’s published precision. The Nairobi price table governs over summaries or percentage-change tickers. Official corrections published by resolution govern. Prices in other towns, individual filling-station prices and later monthly reviews are excluded. An explicit October notice retaining the existing price qualifies as unchanged; silence does not. If the review is cancelled, no qualifying notice or Nairobi Super Petrol price is available by resolution, or conflicting official figures remain unresolved, the market is void.
